I work 2 jobs and it was super hard trying to find the timing to get there to test drive some vehicles the are closed on Sunday but came and met me on a Sunday n stayed for 3 hours letting me test drive everything I was interested in. very kind people and they are willing to work with you and help you get into a vehicle asap. I appreciate y’all and look forward to buying another car from y’all in the future

We purchased a vehicle a few months ago and I wanted to wait to ensure we were well versed in our review. I have nothing but kind words. They were patient with us as we viewed several vehicles from several dealers. They were fair in their trade. Polite and patient while we had kids with us at a few appointments. As well as took care of two issues with the vehicle; one brought up within the sale agreement and one brought up post sale and both were corrected well and in a timely manner. Kind people and vehicle still running great. Financing process through bank and communication to them was great and they answered questions with detail. Recommend.

Probably the best overall used car dealerships in South Sioux City. A real good selection of all types of cars, trucks and SUVs. Prices might seem higher but your getting a lot better value for your money, in my opinion. Besides the quality of vehicles, milage is also better here. The other lots in town might have better prices but it seems to me that they all have like 200k miles or more. I recommend you stretch your budget a few more dollars and buy a car here at Neal's.

Very friendly. Fixed everything that was pointed out on the spot, no hassle. Drove off the same day. They even picked me up in the car I was test driving.
