We bought a vehicle for our son from Neal Auto Sales. Amber was great to work with. She made the buying process smooth and efficient. They take pride in selling quality vehicles. They bent over backwards to take care of a couple things after the sale. I'm confident we'll be buying more cars from them.

My daughter and I bought a car from Neal Auto at 1029 5th Ave in South Sioux City, NE, and we had a great experience. Amber was amazing to work with—she was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions without any pressure. We’re very happy with our purchases and truly appreciate the great customer service. We would definitely recommend Neal Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle. This is where me and my daughter bought our vehicles. 10/10 recommended

I recently bought a 2018 Ford Edge Titanium from Neal Auto Sales in South Sioux City, Nebraska, and had a fantastic experience. Amber helped me through the whole process, and I can’t say enough about how patient and knowledgeable she was. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, but she took the time to go over each car I was interested in and knew the details about every vehicle on the lot. What really sold me was when I started asking, “What if this goes wrong? What if that goes wrong?” Amber explained that Neal Auto stands behind their customers after the sale. If something does come up, they don’t charge dealership prices—or even what most garages would charge—to make it right. That gave me peace of mind. Another thing that stood out: I showed up on a Saturday after their posted closing time, and not only were there still people there buying vehicles, but Amber went above and beyond by making a special trip back to the lot the next day (a Sunday, when they were closed) just so I could buy my car. That kind of customer service is rare. They don’t have a huge inventory, but every car I saw was priced right and in great condition. I found the perfect fit for me at a great price, and I left feeling taken care of. If you’re in the market for a used vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Neal Auto in South Sioux City.

Went here to get a vehicle. Amber and her family were more than exceptional!!!! Amber did absolutely everything in her power to try to get me into the vehicle of my dreams! She went well ABOVE and beyond her duty, Im talking days and hours of non stop conversation, and working through various road blocks with me! In the end she told me she could make it work with a higher down payment. Even though I didn’t get the vehicle I was REALLY after, I know without a doubt, she did all she could! Don’t get me wrong I was able to get into a few nice vehicles from them. I was just a little short on my dwn payment for my “dream” choice. Somethings are worth waiting and working a little harder for! I know when Im ready they will take great care of me. I highly recommend Neal Auto wonderful people to work with! Thanks again Amber!!😊
